Dexter Community Orchestra’s upcoming spring concert to showcase two local high schoolers

The Dexter Community Orchestra presents its spring concert on Sunday, April 27 at 4 p.m. at the Dexter High School Center for the Performing Arts.

Under the direction of Music Director Anthony Elliott, the orchestra will open with Felix Mendelssohn’s “Fingal’s Cave (The Hebrides),” Joseph Haydn’s “C Major Cello Concerto (1st Movement),” Edvard Grieg’s “Piano Concerto (1st Movement)” and “Peer Gynt Suite #1,” and conclude with Maurice Ravel’s “Bolero.”
