Day of learning for entire community

fcdCurious about what all Washtenaw Community College has to offer? Then you’re in luck because Free College Day is right around the corner. Set for Saturday, Sept. 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., this year’s event is tied to the launch of WCC’s 50th anniversary celebration.

Open to everyone, community members will have the opportunity to sit in on multiple 60-to- 90-minute sessions led by WCC faculty members and community enrichment instructors on various topics, including dance, photography, chemistry, journal writing, wills and trusts, and aviation.

The best part? It’s all free.

“It’s a great way to get a full taste of the college and experience what we have to offer without any commitment,” said Victoria Bennett, WCC’s academic associate of the Business and Computer Technologies division.
